Samuel was born on September 26, 1954, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Howard and Dorothy Davis.
Samuel is survived by his Wife of 45 years, Jeannie Davis; his Daughter, Bobbie Jean Davis-Hedges, His Son, Samuel W. Davis, II, Granddaughters, Jessica A. Hedges, Daniela M. Hedges, His Mother-In-Law, Annetta Huff, and Son-In-law, Michael S. Hedges.
His Graveside Service will be held Saturday, June 16, at 10:00 am, at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
