Sam Louis Demarco

Sam "Sandman" DeMarco, 45, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Sam loved landscaping. Was a die hard Prince fan. He loved music and could play almost any instrument.

He was born on April 17, 1973 in Louisville, Kentucky to Louis and Doris (Miller) DeMarco.

He is preceded in death by his parents Louis and Doris; adopted son, Justin; Brother, Michael Ray Price, Sister, Wanda Maxine Price, Brother, James Hensley, brother-in-law, Kevin Ryan.

Sam is survived by his loving daughter, Lacy Ann-Marie DeMarco, grandson (his Catcall), Cayden James DeMarco, adopted children, Dustin, Kelsey, Jesse James, Christian, and Johnny; brother, Donald Price; sisters, Tina Marie Ryan, Joyce Smith Powell, and Mary Harvey, godmother, Cherlyn Wagner; childhood sweetheart and best friend, Melissa Alford; close family, and his loving nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.

The family requests that contributions be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
