Sam Benjamin Newton, forever beloved infant son of Ted & Abby (Gipe) Newton, passed away May 24, 2015 in New Albany, IN.
Along with his loving parents, Sam will always be remembered by his grandparents, Lt Col Ben & Laura Gipe, Dr. Lowell Newton; his aunts and uncles, Natalie & Jeff Nathanson, Brian & Ashley Gipe, and Jeff & Rachel Gipe; his 7 cousins; and his many other relatives. Sam is preceded in death by his grandmother, Claudia Newton; and his grandfather, David Layman.
Visitation will be from 11 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Sam's Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Floyds Knobs.
Memorial contributions in Sam's name can be made to Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (7500 E. Arapahoe Road, Suite 101Centennial, CO 80112).
