Sally Elizabeth (Garcia) Bates, 76, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
She was born on September 12, 1943 in Shreveport, Louisiana to late Frank and Mary (Wiggins) Garcia. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Artell Everett Bates, son Frank Elliot Moran, daughter Debbie Bates, granddaughter Ariane Selmon and sister, Marfa Bennett.
Sally is survived by her children; Lisa Maria Selmon, Sylvia Ann Foster (Andrew), Eric Artell Bates, Joseph Aaron Bates, seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and sisters Wanda Smith and Mary Spraggins
Services will be on Saturday, November 7, 2020 @ 11 00 AM at Four Lakes
5750 Lakeside Drive Lisle, IL 60532 and a repass will follow the memorial service.
