Ruth Ann Mouser, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 23, 1944 to the late Thomas S. and Christine M. Vance.
In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her brother, Jack S. Vance; husband, Edward E. Mouser and son, Edward E. Mouser, Jr.
Ruth is survived by her beloved daughter, Heidi L. (Eduardo) Mouser-Vidal; grandchildren, Alex Higgins, Noah (Alyssa) Mouser, Miranda (John) Ritter and Nicholas Mouser; great-grandchildren, Maylee Mouser, Landon Bracher and Kylie Ritter; sisters, Virginia Gray and Lana Steinmetz; and a host of other family members and friends to mourn her passing.
