Rudelle Fulks Carlisle passed away on December 23, 2025. She was a graduate of the former Louisville Girl’s High School and a lifetime member of Victory Memorial Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward C. Carlisle and her sister, Juanita Fulks.

Rudelle is survived by her son, Dennis (Karen) Carlisle; granddaughter, Jennifer (Dylan) Hanks and grandson, Paul (Jessica) Arms.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 10am-12pm with a celebration of Rudelle’s life beginning at 12pm. She will be laid to rest at Resthaven Cemetery.
