Roy Cook

Roy Cook, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026. Roy was a dedicated father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He’s was proud of his service to the country.

He was born on September 23, 1943 in Whitesburg, Kentucky to Marian and Nannie (Adams) Cook. He is preceded in death by his Father, Marian Cook, Mother, Nannie Cook, Sister, Emma Jean Cook, Brother, Johnny Cook.

Roy is survived by his loving family, Wife, Linda Cook, Son, Jason (Elizabeth) Cook, Son, Jonathan (Jessica) Cook, Grandchildren, Ryan (Destiny) Cook, Rachel (Michael Peak) Cook, Alycia Cook, Emma Cook, Sydney Cook, 7 Great-Grandchildren, Sister, Linda Carol Cook, Friend, Wanda Martinez, Friend, Thomas Martinez, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.
