Roxanne Perrault was born to Sam and Lillian Perrault in Queens NY and moved to Louisville KY at the age of 13 where she resided until the Lord took her home.
She was a member of Saint Matthias Catholic Church and attended Loretto Catholic School.
Roxanne was a nurse aide at Parkway Medical center until she started doing private duty till she couldn't handle it because of health reasons.
She was a Loving mother of one son Shawn Andre Perrault, sister of one brother Russell Perrault, grandmother of one granddaughter Shandr'ea Reed and leaves a host of loving family and friends.
Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.
