Rowena Louise Palmer, age 90 of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Palmer; parents Andrew and Martha Mahan Parks; son, Perry; sister, Norma Lee Shadt.
Mrs. Palmer is survived by her children, Andrew, Terry and Martha Coffey (Joe); grandchild, Paul Coffey; 1 great-grandchild.
Funeral ceremony will be 12:30 pm Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with private burial. Visitation will be 11am -12:30pm at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
