Matriarch and Queen Mother

Rosetta "Rosie Baby" Fountain, 84, of Kissimmee, Florida, Formerly of Louisville, KY passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021. Rosetta was the eldest of five siblings the only girl, and the eldest Cousin. She enjoyed playing cards, Bingo, bowling, and playing board games with her Grandchildren. Rosetta was a member of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, and was considered "A Mother" of the Church. She was a devoted Usher on the Usher Board, and Sunday School Member. Roesetta Graduated from Central High in 1955, and was part of Central High Alumni Association. She loved spending time with her family and especially her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, and never missed a Birthday or Anniversary. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She was born on September 2, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert and Lucille Rice. She is preceded in death by her Father & Step Mother, Robert (Katie) Lee Rice, Mother & Step Father, Lucille (Lloyd) Rosetta Alexander, Daughter, Georgetta Ivory Johnson, Brothers, Robert Lee Rice, Charles O. Rice, Irvin L. Rice, and Henry "Slim" "Hen Dog" Rice, Grandson, Tony LaMont "Tony Man".

Rosetta is survived by her loving, Children, Charlene AKA "Sarakia" Johnson, Johnetta L. (Shakarian) "Jay" Woods, Charles (Doris Elaine) Johnson, Donald (Lisa) Johnson, Faith E. Johnson, Tammy D. Johnson, Denise Regina Lee "Richardson", Esterlee "Mickie" (Allen) Murry, Grandchildren, Andre, Delta (Demonic), Michael, Kenneth, Majel, Leondre (Jamie), Charlesleon, Chaz, Danielle, Charity, Donald, Frankie, Reginald (Sofia), Victor (Walesca), Shawnta, Jamie (Silas), Lil James, and Stelwanna, Step Sisters, Ganynell "Baby Sis" (John) Williams, Joretha "Baba" Jackson, Step Brothers, Michael Hill, and Marion Hill, Step Grandchildren, Kia, Joseph, the Williams Family. Roesetta also leaves behind to cherish her memory 35 Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends, Extended Family, and her dog Sarge.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church (714 South Shelby Street, Louisville, KY), Her Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday, at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.
