Rose Ann McGarvey, 67, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017.
She was born on December 8, 1949, to the late Robert and Alberta (Schiller) McGarvey. Rose was also preceded in death by her brother, Albert McGarvey.
Rose is survived by her daughter, Laura Erickson (Roger); sister, Mary McGarvey; brothers, Robert McGarvey (Terri), Patrick McGarvey (Christy), and Michael McGarvey (Nancy); and grandchildren, Gabriel McGarvey and Emma Rose Erickson.
Cremation was chosen following Rose's wishes. The family requests that contributions in Rose's memory may be made to the American Stroke Foundation (6405 Metcalf Avenue, Suite 214, Overland Park, Kansas 66202).
