Roscoe Raymond Elzy

Roscoe Raymond "Ray" Elzy, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on August 11, 1949.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Elzy; mother, Bonnie Elzy; brothers, Donald Gaddie and David Gaddie.
Ray is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Teresa Elzy; son, Erik (Samantha) Elzy; brothers, Rick (Geraldine) Elzy and Mark Elzy, his pride and joy beloved grandchildren, Peyton, Kiley and Carson Elzy; and a host of other family members and friends to mourn his passing.
Ray was an avid U of L fan and horse racing buff.
Expressions of love may take the form of donations to: PRP High School Baseball Program.
Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 am Wednesday, January 24, 2018 with a visitation on Tuesday, January 23,2018 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
Entombment will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West
