She was born on December 31, 1933 in Louisville, Kentucky to James and Bertha (Cook) Brown. She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Frankie Edwards, daughter, Joanie Heart.
She is survived by her daughter, Ruby (Roy) Madden, son, John (Stacey) Lynch, son, James Lynch, 12 grandchildren, Dana Riley, Dewayne Edwards, Krystal Edwards, Chelsea Rose, Timothy Madden, Kayla Madden, Brittany Lynch, Andrew Lynch, Ashley Lynch, Christopher Lynch, Little Jim Lynch, Kyle Lynch, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, niece, Ann "Snookie" Wolney.
