Ronald was born on January 16, 1930, Murray, Ky to the late Roy and Elsie (Williams) Thompson.
Ronald is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Joyce (Kilgore) Thompson.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40272. Funeral Ceremony will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Cadiz, Kentucky.
