Ronald R. "Ronnie" Hall, passed away on July 2, 2026. He was born on February 21, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Ronnie found joy in the world of automobiles, taking particular interest in street rods and racing. He was also a dedicated NASCAR fan. The thrill of the races and the legacy of the sport became cherished elements of his life. His enthusiasm for racing was rivaled only by his fondness for the Rodeo; he especially enjoyed the energy and excitement of bull riding events. Quiet evenings often found Ronnie enjoying a good television show, with westerns and history programs holding a special place in his heart.
Ronnie's memory will linger in the hearts of all who knew him, carried forward by the laughter shared over tales of legendary street rods, the cheers echoing at the races, and the quiet moments in front of the television set. His passions and character left a lasting impression and will be remembered fondly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Hall and Jane (Tomes) Hall.
Ronnie is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Patricia Hall; daughter, Jessica (David) Rosenberg; son, Andrew Hall; step-childrend, David (Cara) Martin and Jennifer (Joe) Cruz; sister, Theresa (Jim) Johnson; grandchildren, Elexus Kerr, Madalyn Neace, and Cameron Hall; 7 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 8 step-great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Gathering will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 pm on Sunday, at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen following Ronnie's wishes.
