Ronald Eugene "Ronnie" Nance, Jr., 62, of Borden, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Ronnie was a member of Chapel Hill Christian Church in Borden and was an avid Indiana Hoosiers Fan. He loved his family, hunting, playing Euchre, and farming with the Stumler family.
He was born on September 1, 1958, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Dorlas (Seelye) Walls and the late Ronald E. Nance, Sr. Along with his father, Ronnie is preceded in death by his brother, John Walls; stepmother, Sue Nance; and stepbrother, Andy Pierson.
Along with his mother, Ronnie is survived by his sons, Wayne Nicholson and Todd Nance; stepfather, John Walls; siblings, Ronette (Bill) Williams, Deanne (Dale) McMahan, Tina Calautti, Jeff Nance, Angela Baker, and Amanda Nance; stepsiblings, Stacie Nance, Tammy Kerr, Deanna Spencer, Tommy (Trish) Pierson, and Steve Atkins; 3 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane). His Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Borden.
