Ronald Dale Lewellen, age 57, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
He was born on September 21, 1963 in Louisville, Kentucky to Roger Lewellen and Alice (Hutchin) Dean. Ron was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, he never met a stranger. His personality made everyone feel welcome and accepted.
Ron was known for his generosity, kindness, work ethic, and faith in the Lord. Ron's battle with serious medical issues displayed his courage in facing life's challenges with a smile. Ron was happiest when spending time with those he loved, especially his wife Terri. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father Rodger Lewellen.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Terri (Allgeier) Lewellen; daughters, Katie Moch (James), Sara Gaddie (Lee); three grandchildren, Noah, Luke and Emma; siblings, Eddie Lewellen (Karen), Lisa Lewellen, Linda Burch (Tom), Jennifer "JJ" Adamson, Jackie Crews (Eric), Kevin Adamson (Edgar); sister-in-laws, Sandy Shircliff (Jim), Barbie Tharp (Chris); brother in law, Bill Allgeier, Jr. (Lisa); Terri's parents Bill, Sr. and Marilyn Allgeier; and a host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great- nephews, cousins and friends.
