Ronald Matthew Harris Sr., 81, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
He was born on October 10, 1939 in Greasy Creek, Kentucky to the late Charles Page Harris and Flora Mae(Burke) Harris. He is also preceded in death by his siblings, Muriel Deckard, Beulah Sailings, Charles Harris and Herbert Harris.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Karen Harris, son, Ronald M. Harris, Jr., daughters, Shannon Toomey (Craig), Kimberly Ann McIntosh (Jamie), granddaughters, Hayley Harris, Sara Harris, Savanna McIntosh; brothers, James Harris (Pansy), Gary Harris (Linda) and a host of nieces and nephews.
Due to the current Covid-19 guidelines all services will be private.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Ron's memory be made to The Dare to Care Food Bank by visiting daretocare.org and/or American Diabetes Association by visiting diabetes.org.
