Rodney was born on June 4, 1974, in Louisville, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Edford; and his sister, Jayne Welch.
Rodney is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Jennifer Perret; children, Victoria Edford, Alexander Edford, Caden Edford, Alexis Perret, Madison Perret; mother, Rose Edford; siblings, Diana Brooks, Linda LeCates, Darlene Lundy, Michael Edford, Steven Edford, Kenneth Edford, April Lawrence, Jeremy Welch, Scotty Welch and Amanda Welch; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Dr. Louisville, KY 40243.)
