Robin Odell Moore, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2020.
He was born on August 25, 1944 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Lewis and Laura (Actkinson) Moore. He is also preceded in death by his sister Toniva Razor, brother Billy Davis, mother-in-law Joann Ison, father-in-law Jack Ison, granddaughter Trillion Dyson and son-in-law Larry Dyson.
Robin proudly served 6 years in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and retired from Ford Motor Company Kentucky Truck Plant after 35 years of service. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, his hobbies were creating comic illustrated artworks, assembling small scale boats and vintage American cars, enjoyed vacations in Florida, and going to Bingo with Jackie. Robin also practiced karate, enjoyed grilling out, playing pool, watching movies and the most important was spending time with his family.
Robin is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Jackie Ann Moore, daughters, Rebecca Moore, Kat Shalaby (Amr), sons Jack Moore (Donna), Patrick Moore (Erin), grandchildren, Michael, Beth, Joseph, Gabriel, Christopher, Collin and Soren.
Services for Robin will be private due to the current environment surrounding the coronavirus. He will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery at a later date. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.
