Roberta Lee (Allen) Morgan, 85, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021. Roberta enjoyed traveling in her younger years and always being with all her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was born on February 6, 1936, in English, Indiana, to the late Torrance and Elma Faye (Allstott) Allen. Along with her parents, Roberta is preceded in death by her husband, Everett Morgan, Jr.; siblings, Oral Allen, Frederick Allen, Howard Allen, and Robert Allen; and infant sister, Betty Jean Allen.
Roberta is survived by her loving children, Pamela (Darrell) Williams and Timothy (Denise) Morgan; grandchildren, Justin (Traci) Williams, Derrick (Tracy) Williams, Brittney (Kevin) Shafer, Morgan (Garrett) Strange, and Bree (Derric) Gowan; great-grandchildren, Lexi Hornung, Nick Hornung, Harper Williams, Logan Williams, Caleb Shafer, Daniel Shafer, and Maverick Williams; siblings, Eugene Allen, Bill Allen, Lola Deich, Lila Deich, Ermel Allen, and Ronnie Allen; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 20, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane). Her Memorial Service will be at 6:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen in regards to Roberta's wishes.
The family requests that contributions in Roberta's memory be made to the Breast Cancer Association.
