Robert James Rusterholtz

James Robert "Bob" Rusterholtz, age 82 of Louisville, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2020. He was also known as "Rusty" by his friends. He was a graduate of Flaget High School and achieved his Bachelor Degree from Bellarmine University. Through his working career he held many managerial positions, including at Naval Ordinance. He was a devout Catholic by faith and attended Epiphany Catholic Church. Bob loved family gatherings and was a car enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Catherine Krupp Rusterholtz; brother, Rev. Fr. Charles Rusterholtz; sisters, Doris Boughey and Mary Catherine Geiger.

Bob is survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 11 am to 12 pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky (in Middletown). A Mass of Celebration will follow at 1:30 pm at St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church, 1104 S. 6th Street, Louisville, KY 40203, with interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
