Robert Thomas Kennell

Robert Thomas "Tim" Kennell, 81, passed away on April 13, 2022. He was a Navy veteran and a Catholic. Tim was a machinist at American Saw and Tool and Magna Division. He loved fishing, antiquing, cars and spending time with family.

He was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Kennell; parents, Thomas and Dorothy Kennell; step-mother, Lo Kennell and sister, Irene Gibson-Miller.

Tim leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Sharon Kennell; daughter, Theresa (Terri) Smith; step-daughters, Paige Thomas and Kelley Ream and grandchildren, Hunter Durden, Zachary Durden, Jack Thomas, Hannah Kennell, Grant Smith and Chloe Smith.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 4pm-8pm with a celebration of Tim's life beginning at 6pm.

Tim will be laid to rest at a later date at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - Central, 2401 N. Dixie Highway, Radcliff, KY.
