Robert Dale "Bob" Hoffman, 65, of Louisville, KY passed away on September 18, 2018. He was an Army veteran and a die hard Chicago Bears fan. Bob had an unforgettable sense of humor that will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Hoffman and Charmaine Marie Hoffman.

Bob is survived by his wife, Wanda Hoffman; daughters, Stephanie Ash and Nicole Wilson; step-son, Gregory Wise; step-daughters, Tonya Wise and April Schoch; brothers, Roger, Paul and Bill Hoffman; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 22, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 3pm-8pm. A celebration of Bob's life will be Sunday, September 23, 2018, beginning at 11am.
