Robert Eden, Jr.

Robert Eden, Jr., age 81 of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at his home.. He was born on August 4,1937 in Bagdad, Shelby Co., KY to the late Robert & Nellie (Streible) Eden. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary "Dotsie" (Elkins) Eden; son, Robert Andrew Eden; brother, Roy Eden; and four sisters, Barbara Hibbard (Claborn), Betty Perry (Louis), Judy Carman (Kelsie) and Rosie Potts (William).
Robert is survived by his companion, Barb Watkins; daughter, Crystal Brown (Jeff); brother, Henry Eden (Linda); two sisters, Debbie Carman (David) and Martha Coogle (Dale); and two granddaughters, Leslie Potts-Ralph (Dale) and Mackenzie Brown; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 pm on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY (in Middletown). A celebration of Robert's life will be 11am Thursday, June 27th at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Middletown Historic Cemetery.
