Robert Wesley Edelen, 64, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016.
He was born on September 4, 1952, to the late George and Mary (Thomas) Edelen. Bob was also preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph, George, and William Edelen.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of nearly 37 years, Martha (Haynes) Edelen; children, Dena McCoy (Alan), Christy Yost (Kevin), Elizabeth Baumgardner, and James Ervin (Tonia); siblings, Marcy Poole, Judy Andler, Carl Edelen (Donna), and Elizabeth Duncanson (James); sisters-in-law, Dorothy and Virginia Edelen; 18 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen according to Bob's wishes. The family requests that contributions in Bob's memory be made to the Cancer Care Center of Indiana (2210 Green Valley Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
