Robert Lee Davis, 45, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at University of Louisville Hospital. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 16, 1971 to the late Joseph and Linda Davis. He was a retired auto mechanic.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister, Tina Johnson.

Robert is survived by a daughter, Shelby Hughes; siblings, Wilbur Roger (Cindy Tinnell) Davis, Joseph (Mona Lisa)Davis, Jr., James Davis, Chris (Angie) Davis, Belinda (William) Quick, Danny (Anita) Davis and Johnny Davis; and a host of other family members and friends.

A service to celebrate his life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Brookland Cemetery . Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
