Robert "RJ or Scooter" Joseph Cecil Jr., 56, of Greenville, Kentucky, formerly of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020. RJ passion was motorcycles whether it was riding or working on bikes. He was into body art and had several works. RJ loved being on his father's farm and helping out.
He was born on October 20, 1964 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert and Pauletta (Cissell) Cecil. He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Uncles, Chuck Cissell, and Stephen Cissell.
Robert is survived by his Mother Pauletta (Jim) Flaherty, Father, Robert Cecil, Sr., Sister, Robin Kelly Cecil, Brother, Jimmy Flaherty, Nieces & Nephews, Stacy Kelley, Ethan Flaherty, Ella Flaherty, Waylon Flaherty, and Margaret Tong, Friends, John Carr, Dave Newman, and Mike (Brenda) Rolley. RJ also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Great Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.
