Robert H. Austin

Robert Austin, 64, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024. Robert was a loving husband, father, brother and grandpa (Bob). For over 25 years Robert worked for JCPS as a plant operator. During his free time Robert enjoyed fishing, being on the water, working in the garage, keeping a tidy yard and spending time with family and his grandchildren. Robert will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. 

He was born on July 2, 1960 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to the late Edward and Rita (Smith) Austin. 

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Jewell Austin, brothers; Edward (Carla) Austin, David (Marlene) Austin, sister; Debbie Poole, daughter; Ashley (Ryan) Satram, grandchildren; Haley Hack, Ian Hack, Myles Satram, and Mila Satram and loving fur baby Charley aka "Chuck".

Family will have a private service at a later date.
