Richard was born on August 14, 1953, Louisville, Kentucky to Chester and Joan (Leslie) Clark.
Richard is survived by his sisters, Lynn McCabe and Julie Huber; niece, Murray Huber; and a host of family and friends.
Services will be private and held at a later date with family.
