Richard D. "Butch" Snider, 57, of Henryville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Butch enjoyed boating and watching movies. He was a loyal friend and was completely devoted to his daughters.
He was born on October 17, 1962, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard D. Snider; and brother, Neil Snider.
Butch is survived by his mother, Betty (Meeks) Sands; daughters, Ariel Snider, Alexandria Snider, and Jennifer Yonts; sister, Angela (Lee) McKinstry; sister, Lisa (Mike) Lindsey; brother, Scott Sands; grandchildren, Kaylee Worrall and Adalyn Yonts; and his nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Gathering will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane). Cremation was chosen following Butch's wishes.
