Richard "Rick" Weldon

Richard "Rick" Weldon, Sr., 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. 

He was born on December 31, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Raymond and Catherine (Schneider) Weldon.

Rick was 1971 graduate of St. X High School. 

Rick is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mary Weldon, children, Samantha Weldon, David Weldon, Rachel Wasserzug, Stephanie Broghamer (Jack), Richard Edward Weldon, Jr. (Kayla), grandchildren, Daniel Wasserzug, Victoria Ditslear (Bobby), Autumn Scrogham, Jacqueline Wasserzug, Emily, Lilly, Sophia and Charlie Broghamer. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, Ethan, Henry and Grant Ditslear, siblings, Janice Wooldridge (Billy) and Dennis Weldon (Brenda). 

Per Rick's wishes cremation was chosen and services will be private.
