Richard Dale "Rick" Avery, 49, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on August 30, 2018. He worked as an Electrician for Ford Motor Company for over 20 years.
Rick was born on December 23, 1968 in Michigan City, Indiana. He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Catherine Avery and brother, Steven Wayne Avery.
He is survived by his father, William Veto Avery; children, Jennifer Nicole Avery and Christopher Ryan Avery; mother of his children, Doris Jean Avery; brothers, Gary Alan Avery (Donna) and Michael James Avery; nephew, Lance Avery; nieces, Cecile Avery and Chelsea Avery.
There will be a celebration of Rick's life at a later date.
