He was born on November 13, 1964 in Jersey City, New Jersey to Juan Colon-Aponte and Maria Rivera. He is preceded in death by his Parents.
Ricardo is survived by his Siblings, Juan Aponte, Jose A Aponte, Miriam Barbarise, Raul Aponte, Emma Sifonte, Javier Aponte, Enrique Aponte, and Arnaldo Aponte. Ricardo also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends, and Extended Family
