Reza Baradaran-Dilmaghani

October 10, 1961 — May 18, 2020

Reza Baradaran-Dilmaghani was born in Iran on October 10, 1961, to Zara (Amjad) Baradaran-Dilmaghani and the late Jafar Bardaran-Dilmaghani. Reza came to America at the age of 17. He graduated from Parkway West High School in Ballwin, Missouri, then attended Missouri State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Reza was a friend to all who met him. His quirky sense of humor, willingness to help others, and involvement in the lives of those around him are what will make Reza truly missed.

Along with his mother, Reza is survived by his wife of 20 years, Martha (Lee) Dilmaghani; sons, Joshua and his wife Joanna of Indianapolis, Indiana, Matthew and partner Mary Staublin of Louisville, Kentucky, and Shawn Lee of Kentucky, David Lee of Kentucky; daughters, Rachel Dilmaghani of Clarksville, Indiana, and Leeann Moore and husband Jason of Caldwell, Ohio; grandchildren Sidnye, Dawlson, Bo, and Jax; and his sisters, Raheleh and Roudabeh.

Brother Reza Dilmaghani was a dedicated Witness of Jehovah who attended the Clarksville, Indiana, congregation. He was an active minister who enjoyed sharing the good news of God's Kingdom. Reza knew the importance and felt it a privilege to share with others the promises found in the Bible. The promises are beautiful and many. The one promise we focus on now with the loss of Reza is one he held close to heart, and that's the promise of the resurrection. He well knew there will be an hour when all those in the memorial tombs will hear Jesus' voice and come out. John 5:28,29

What a joyous day it will be when we are reunited with Reza. He would invite you to learn more about our King Jesus and his Heavenly Father, our creator, Jehovah. He would want you to know as much as you can. He would encourage you to learn about how life will be for us when Satan is thrown into the abyss. The Bible gives us a picture of what that time will look like. Psalm 37:29, Ecclesiastes 1:4, Isaiah 25:8, Isaiah 35:5,6, Revelation 21:4, Isaiah 65:21,22, and Revelations 21:4

We are sure Reza would take this time to invite you to a free home Bible course that can be found at JW.org. He would also thank you all for the love you have shown to Martha and his family. We would like to thank Black Diamond for the respect and concern you have shown to Martha and his family.
