Regena Smith, 89, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 27, 2015.
She was born on March 1, 1926 in Hartford, Kentucky to the late Leonis and Mollie (Smiley) Smith. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers and one sister.
She is survived by her sister, Bonnie (Carl) Horne, several nieces and nephews.
Her graveside service will be held Wednesday at 1:00 pm EDT at Clear Run Cemetery in Hartford, Kentucky.
