Rebecca "Bee" Bodner, 33, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020. She was born on June 25, 1987 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert Bodner and Vickie Whitworth. She graduated from Doss High School in 2005. She loved music and had a big heart. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Louis T. and Mildred Bodner and Linda Waddell; great grandparents, Joseph and Earline Duvall.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Vickie (Wayne) Whitworth and Robert K. (Frankie) Bodner; brothers, Robert (Alisha) Bodner and Matthew (Rachel) Bodner; step-siblings, Lindsay Whitworth, Terri (Tracy) Unseld, Robin Chase, William G. Dones; grandfather, Robert (Betty) Duvall; nieces, Kayla and Alyssa; nephews, Matthew, Jr., Lochlan and Declan; great-niece, Zhuri; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

A service to celebrate Bee's life will take place at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). The family will accept guests for visitation at the funeral home from 3:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Bee's honor to the Healing Place.
