It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rebecca (Becky) Zink, age 57, who left this world on December 21, 2024, in Louisville, Kentucky. A vibrant spirit, Becky was a loving and devoted mother, sister, aunt, fur grandma, and friend. Her laughter was contagious, and her love for family created a warm and inviting atmosphere wherever she went.
Known for her adventurous heart, Becky found joy in traveling to Florida and Tennessee, cherishing every moment spent exploring new places. Singing was one of her passions, bringing joy not only to herself but also to those fortunate enough to hear her. Above all, Becky treasured the time spent with her loved ones, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
Born on November 18, 1967, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Patrick and Roberta (Foote) Bogard, Becky was welcomed into this world with love. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Sarah Babbit; her sisters, Amy Bogard and Patricia Sand; and her nephew, Chad Raisor—each leaving a significant void in her heart.
Becky leaves behind a loving legacy, including her wonderful daughter, Amber (Frank, Jr.) Hudson; her cherished siblings, Ruth (Kenneth) Bridges, Margaret Wilson, and Karen (Jerry) May; her former husband, Kevin Zink; and her step-sons, Jessie and Zachary Zink. Numerous nieces, nephews, and friends will forever hold Becky’s loving memory close to their hearts.
