Ray E Hill

Ray E. Hill, 89, of Louisville, passed away on September 21, 2021. He was a retired Stone/Brick Mason and owned the Ray E. Hill Masonry and Modern Masonry Companies. He was a proud and dedicated member of Crescent Hill Masonic Lodge #456, The Scottish Rite Temple, The Kosair Temple, and The Eastern Star #154.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents Leslie and Clara Hill, his wife of 55 years, Betty Hill, and siblings, Emma Bell Leslie Hill, and Oliver Hill.

Ray is survived by his children, Raetta Miller (Marc), Frank Hill (Lynn), Phillip Hill (Wanda), 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a sister, Erma Colyer.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 pm on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00am with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
