Ralph L. Howard, 76, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 after an extended illness. Born in Harlan County, KY on May 26, 1942, he raised his family in Illinois for many years, retiring from Kelly Tires, before returning to Kentucky.
Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, Mamie Rose Howard and Earl C. Howard, Sr.; wife, Gail Sizemore Howard; and his son, Jerry P. Howard.
Ralph is survived by his son, Leland Howard, II, (Carrie); daughter, Jamie C. Howard; and two granddaughters, Sara Beth and Rachel Howard all of Louisville.
There will be a private burial service at Resthaven Cemetery in Baxter, KY.
