It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Rahaman Ali, who left this world on August 1, 2025. Born on July 18, 1943, Rahaman graced the lives of many with his warmth, wisdom, and unwavering spirit. Throughout his life, he exemplified kindness and compassion, and his legacy will continue to illuminate the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

As we gather to honor his memory, we invite only close family to partake in a private farewell at Newcomer Funeral Home on August 16, 2025. The private farewell will be a sacred moment for family to reflect on the profound impact Rahaman had on their lives. After this moment, the family will embark on a final journey, leaving the funeral home at 11:00 AM to his childhood home (3302 Grand Ave). This poignant procession will then lead to the serene grounds of Cave Hill Cemetery for the Janazah Prayer , where Rahaman will find eternal rest, graced by the beauty of nature that he cherished.

Rahaman leaves behind not only cherished memories but also an indelible legacy of love and camaraderie.
