Prudie Mae Meier, 81, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024. Prudie was a die hard Louisville Cardinal fan and loved sports. When they were younger her and her husband would buy season tickets to the UofL basketball games and never missed a game. She was also a Kentucky Colonel. They would also spend time at Churchill Downs and Louisville Downs.

She was born on January 1, 1943 in Raywick, Kentucky to Oscar and Dora (Parkerson) Roarx. She is preceded in death by her Father, Oscar Roarx, Sr., Mother, Dora Roarx, Brothers, Oscar Roarx, Jr., Eugene Roarx, James Roarx, Carl Roarx, Robert Roarx, Sisters, Nancy Lichtefeld, Dorothy Ketterhagen, Sister-In-Laws, Nola Roarx, Irene Roarx, Mabel Roarx, and Brother-In-Laws, Louis Rusty Meier, Larry Ketterhagen and Gerry Cleary.

Prudie is survived by her loving Husband of 51 years, Louis Casey Meier; Son, Ronald E. Travis, Jr.; Sisters, Minnie Cleary and Diane Mudd; Brothers-In-Law, Louie Meier, Louis Jack Meier, and Louis Rocky (Helen) Meier; Step-Daughter, Paula Willy; Granddaughter, Rebecca Willy, as well as a host of nieces, nephews family, and friends to cherish her memory.

The Mausoleum Chapel Service will be at 10:00 am on Friday, May 24, 2024 at Evergreen Cemetery 4623 Preston Hwy Louisville, KY 40213)
