She was born on April 19, 1968 in Louisville, Kentucky to Roy and Phyllis (Modesty) Miller. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Phyllis is survived by her loving Husband of 33 years, Steven Tabb, her Daughters, Hannah Thompson, Malinda S. Patricio, Stacy M. Thompson, and Miranda E. Thompson, her Sons, Brian A. Miller, Tyler R. Tabb, and Steven W. Acuff, her Sister, Bonnie Duncan, and Brothers, Charlie R Riggs, and Joseph Riggs. She is also survived by a host of niece's and nephews and cousins and friends.
