Phyllis Maratty Newman, 68, passed away on July 25, 2021. She was an avid fan of the UofL Cardinals and the Dallas Cowboys.
She preceded in death by her parents, John and Elizabeth Maratty, Sr., brothers, Larry Maratty, John Maratty, Jr and Gary Maratty and sister, Denise Gill.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Michael Newman and Stacy Newman; grandchildren, Raven Moran, Jacey Birch and Amari Birch; sisters, Kasondra Wesley and Juanita Hayden and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
