Phyllis Johnson Lovell , 77, of Louisville, KY passed away on September 16, 2018.
Phyllis was born on December 15, 1940 in Jamestown, KY to the late Conley and Fannie Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Barbara Johnson.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Gene H. Lovell; children, Ruth Ann Lovell and David Gene Lovell (Vickie); brother, Phil Johnson; granddaughter, Kristen Wacker (Colbie); great-grandson, Canan Wacker and great-granddaughter, Kassidie Wacker.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) A funeral service to honor the life of Phyllis will follow at 12 noon on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Louisville Memorial Gardens East Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Episcopal Church Home (7504 Westport Road, Louisville, KY 40222)
