Phuoc Esmont

Phuoc Esmont 72, of Louisville, KY gained her wings on Monday, May 19, 2025. Phuoc was a loving and devoted mother, sister, grandma and great grandma. She was preceded in death by her husband James Esmont. 

Phuoc worked for Mesa Foods for 20 + years before retiring. She had a passion for crocheting beautiful blankets. She was a master at cooking delicious food for family and friends. She also was a devoted gardener who had the magic touch in making her gardens flourish with food.  

Phuoc is survived by her 5 children, Brenda Walters (Phil), Patricia Thompson, Crystal Maples (Derrick), James Esmont and Mary Pierce (Jason). Phuoc's legacy lives on in her 7 grandchildren, Timothy Walters, Michael Walters (Michelle), Courtney Esmont, Marlee Maples, Ashley Thompson, Megan Pierce (Storm) and Thomas Fisher, along with 9 wonderful great grandchildren that she adored. 

There will be a Celebration of Life in August.
