Phillip Layne Winters, 63, of Hardinsburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. He was born on November 22, 1958, in Madison, Indiana, to the late Lester Winters and Ruby (Wilborn) Koehler. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his infant sister, Debra Kay Winters.
Phillip is survived by his siblings, David (Judy) Winters, Mike Winters, Wanda Winters, Edward (Sandy) Winters, Darlene Carraher, Paul (Bobby) Winters, and Susan (Freddy) Gutierrez; and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen following Phillip's wishes, and he will be laid to rest next to his sister at Bedford Cemetery in Bedford, Kentucky.
