Phillip Ray Julian, 59, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on October 12, 2015. He was a veteran of the United States Army and previously worked as a crew leader for the City of Louisville. He was a member of N Street Baptist Church.

Phillip was born on November 24, 1955, Louisville, Kentucky to the late Roosevelt and Margaret (Tisdale) Julian. He was preceded in death by his wife, Karyn (Dabney) Julian and sister, Gilda Blackburn.

Phillip is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Ward; granddaughter, Zoey Rae Anderson; "daughter of the heart," Danielle Rogers; "grandchildren of the heart," Kaylyn Biggers and Robert Biggers, Jr.; brother, Steven Julian, Sr., sister, Phyllis Johnson (Dwayne Sr.), sister, Dedra Woods, sister, Brenda Julian, brother, Malcolm Julian, Sr. (Inetta), brother-in-law, Dwayne Blackburn, Sr.; and a host of family and friends.

Phillip's Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm with his Memorial Service following at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at N Street Baptist Church (2914 S. 6th Street Louisville, KY 40208).
