Philip I. Haag, 92, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021.
He was born on September 9, 1928 in Louisville, Kentucky. Philip proudly served our country while enlisted in the U.S. Army. He retired from Equifax after 39 years. In his free time, Philip enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. He also was an avid bowler; his highest game being a 286.
Here to carry on his memory are his wife Ada "Jeri" Haag, step son, Terry and granddaughter, Melissa. In honor of Philip's wishes services will private.
The family requests that contributions in Philip's memory be made to the American Cancer Society.
