A proud and devout Christian, she shared her deep faith with others by teaching Bible study for many years, touching countless lives with her wisdom, compassion, and spiritual guidance.
Peggy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Weldon Hewitt, with whom she built a life centered on love, faith, and family.
Peggy is survived by her children, Curtis Hewitt (Debbie), Charlotte Snider (Jim), and Kathleen Dixon (Dave); her cherished grandchildren, Megan, Amy, Josh, Ashley, Rachel, and Ryan; and six great-grandchildren, Audrey, Benton, Kelsey, Kaden, Taran, and Jackson, who brought her endless joy. She also leaves behind her dear siblings; sisters, Judy Thornton and Priscilla Smith; and brother, Charles Venn; and a host of relatives and friends.
